Some people say that Real Estate Investing is risky, a scam and it’s not the right time to buy or sell. In fact this is absolutely the best time to learn the how to’s and invest your time and money into real estate. There will always be a percentage of distressed properties in your marketplace you can evaluate creating an inventory of profitable deals for you to purchase and position yourself to generate profits and build wealth. The Real Estate market will continue to go up and down it’s cyclical. Real Estate Investing is only risky if you don’t educate yourself or have someone to guide around the pitfalls. If you just jump into this business without the proper education you’re going to have a rough time believe me. With the proper education and mentor Real Estate Investing can be very easy and rewarding, sure it takes a lot of patience and persistence… but it is very simple.

Where do you start?

You can start investing with very little capital and no risk taking at all. Most people start out with wholesaling houses, meaning you would put a property under contract and sell it to another investor for a profit. You aren’t even taking ownership of these properties 95% of the time. You are simply finding them for investors who are looking to buy them.

Are you Crazy?

Most of your friends and family aren’t going to be entrepreneurs so their minds don’t follow the same drum beat like you and I. Many people get their knowledge from the mainstream and social media these days. This is negative information and it just keeps people unmotivated to carve their own space in this world. Whenever you do something out of the ordinary people will look at you like you’re weird. Once you succeed they’ll be asking you for a piece of the pie, it’s just how it works. My philosophy is to do what others aren’t doing and not to care what others think, I think that’s one of the keys to success.

Stay Away From Negative Energy

There will always be naysayers who are quick to be the critic and tell you that you can’t do something. Remember that failure doesn’t exist if you don’t know what quitting means. Failure is just feedback that you need to change what you’re doing in order to succeed. Remember that.
