Hey, while attending Morgan State University in 2002, I was reintroduced to the world of entrepreneurship and introduced to personal growth and self-development. I began reading books (Rich Dad Poor Dad) and listening to tapes (Jim Rohn, Les Brown). That caused a mindset shift in my life. I went from a Consumer to an Investor mentality. While hanging out at the BRIDGE (Bridgeology 101), a friend of mine talked to a group of us about investing money in real estate, specifically Tax Sale certificates. Being a broke college student, I was all ears, which led me to purchase my first Tax Sale certificate for $850.79.
